My Story

My career started in beauty, spa & wellness, before I became a yoga teacher . Yoga was introduced to me in 2010 as part of a Spa & Wellness Management course I was on at the time. Switching between pilates and yoga a few times I fully committed to Yoga in 2017 after being advised to do so by my massage therapist due to ongoing sciatic pain.

It was the dedication to my practice that released the pain and the stress that came with the job at the time. In 2020 I sadly experienced two miscarriages in the space of 6 months, it was after the second which triggered very intense past memories, followed by overwhelming emotion stored in the body that I decided so heal through completing a yoga teacher training course at one of Londons most highly regarded studios, Lumi Power Yoga, a Baron Baptiste affiliate. Not only did this journey change my life and transform me personally, it gave me the tools to help others.

I am now a proud mama to Finley and my journey has led me to teach is some beautiful studios in Rotterdam, Kula, YG and Kompassie.

Yoga is incredible, words can not describe how rewarding this practice is. I am back to feeling free like I did when I was very young, and its the best feeling in the world to be so in tune with my body. I want to share these tools with everyone to feel the benefits for themselves, this is my calling.

My Approach

I want everyone to enjoy this rewarding practice. Yoga really is for all people, there is a wealth of variations and modifications to get everyone flowing. I come from a place of EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. It is a myth to think that you need to be flexible to practice yoga, in fact if you are not flexible you should be signing up to one of my classes now. I will encourage you to explore your edge, to observe your thoughts and feelings. Because what goes on on the mat, reflects what is going on in your life.
